A7sii - B Camera

Both the A7sii and the FS7 share the same lenses in my kit, and both record a codec labeled XAVC, but their versions of XAVC differs greatly.

The A7s uses a S “simplified” toolset, at 4:2:0 8 bits (in camera), while the FS7 uses the full toolset at 4:2:2 10 bits.

I plan to use the A7sii in very low light conditions, a second framing for interviews, underwater, car mounts, inconspicuous camera in public places and as a still camera.  When shooting 4K, I'll add an external recorder.
